Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, in the hydraulic circuit of the open center type, since the maximum flow rate continues to flow during operation, the power loss increases especially when driving at a slow speed.
In addition, in the load-sensing hydraulic circuit, pressure disturbance occurs during combined operation, resulting in poor operability and large power loss.
In addition, neither hydraulic circuit can recover energy when the cylinder is working under the influence of gravity

Embodiment Construction

[0029] As follows, while referring to figure 1 , the overall configuration of a backhoe (hydraulic excavator) 1 equipped with a hydraulic device according to the present invention will be described.

[0030] The backhoe 1 includes: a crawler-type traveling device 2 having a pair of left and right traveling crawlers 3, 3;

[0031] Mounted on the turntable 4 are: a control unit 6; a motor generator 7, 107, 207 as a driving source; a battery 8, which supplies electric power to the motor generator 7, 107, 207 and stores regenerative electric energy; and a working oil tank 9, Store working oil. A work unit 10 having a boom 11 , an arm 12 and a bucket 13 for excavation work is provided at the front portion of the turntable 4 .

[0032] The boom 11 , which is a constituent element of the working unit 10 , is formed in a curved shape in a "く" shape in side view so that the tip side protrudes forward. A base end portion of the boom 11 is rotatably pivotally connected to a boom brack...

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic shovel: with which pressure interference during combined operation of a boom cylinder, an arm cylinder and a bucket cylinder can be avoided; which improves usability; and which can reduce horsepower loss. The hydraulic apparatus is set so that the ratio of the pressure-receiving area (B) of the respective bottom oil chambers (35) of the boom cylinder (16), the arm cylinder (17) and the bucket cylinder (18) to the pressure-receiving area (R) of the respective rod oil chambers (36) matches the ratio of the extruded volume drawn into or discharged from the bottom oil chambers (35) per single rotation by the respective extrusion members of the first hydraulic pump motor (30), the second hydraulic pump motor (31) and the third hydraulic pump motor (32) to the volume discharged from or drawn into the rod oil chambers (36).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a technique for reducing power loss of a hydraulic excavator. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, hydraulic circuits for driving boom cylinders, arm cylinders, and bucket cylinders of small hydraulic excavators have adopted open center (Open center) type (for example, refer to Patent Document 1), load sensing (Load sensing) type, etc. (For example, refer to Patent Document 2). [0003] However, in an open-center hydraulic circuit, since the maximum flow rate continues to flow during operation, the power loss becomes large especially when running at a slow speed. In addition, in the load-sensing hydraulic circuit, pressure disturbance occurs during compound operation, which results in poor operability and large power loss. Furthermore, both hydraulic circuits make it impossible to recover energy when the cylinders are working under the influence of gravity. [0004] prior art literature [0005] patent docu...
