Problems solved by technology

Due to the high content of SS in biogas slurry, it is difficult to effectively remove SS by using a conventional single flocculant. To achieve the ideal flocculation and sedimentation effect, the dosage of flocculant is relatively high, and the cost is unacceptable

Abstract

The invention discloses a process for efficiently pretreating biogas slurry. The process includes steps of (1), preparing the biogas slurry and composite flocculants according to a volume proportion of 1000:1-1000:5 and flocculating the biogas slurry; (2), preparing mixed liquid obtained at the step (1) and coagulant aids according to a volume and mass proportion of 1000 milliliters:0.01-0.04 gram and coagulating the mixed liquid; (3), allowing mixed liquid obtained at the step (2) to stand still and settling the mixed liquid for 0.5-2.0 hours to obtain supernatant. The process has the advantages that the composite coagulants are added into the biogas slurry, accordingly, floc can be formed at a high speed and is good in settling property and high in inlet water quality adaptability, and excellent flocculation and settling effects can be realized by only the added trace PAM (polyacrylamide) coagulant aids; the process which includes pretreating the biogas slurry and then carrying out ultra-filtration treatment on the biogas slurry is high in membrane flux as compared with methods for directly carrying out ultra-filtration treatment without flocculation and settling.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of treatment of livestock and poultry breeding waste, in particular to the pretreatment technology of biogas slurry. Background technique [0002] Biogas slurry belongs to high-concentration organic wastewater, and the content of suspended solids (SS) in biogas slurry is also high. In recent years, the high-value utilization technology of membrane concentration of biogas slurry has attracted more and more attention. However, due to the high content of SS in the biogas slurry, if the membrane concentration is carried out directly without effective pretreatment, serious membrane fouling will be caused. Therefore, efficient pretreatment must be carried out to remove SS before membrane concentration. [0003] The flocculation and sedimentation method refers to the method that the suspended particles in the wastewater are aggregated and formed into larger flocs by adding a flocculant to settle and remove them. ...
