Abstract

The invention relates to a control method for a permanent magnet synchronous servo motor. The input of an SVPWM unit is determined through an included angle relation between stator and rotor magnetic linkages, and then the control on the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is further realized. By detecting a three-phase current output by an inverter and by considering coordinate transformation and control law under a dq coordinate system, electromagnetic torque of the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is obtained through calculation. A stator magnetic linkage amplitude value can be estimated through a voltage current model. Torque control can be realized by changing the included angle of the stator and rotor magnetic linkages, namely, the torque error can be compensated by controlling the included angle error. Speed control is performed by adopting a nonlinear control method; speed error passes through a speed regulator and then an electromagnetic torque reference value is output; and the included angle controlled variable is obtained by comparison with the calculated torque value. A voltage control instruction is obtained through a voltage equation, the acting time of a selected voltage vector is worked out through the SVPWM, and the torque control on the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is realized by outputting a switching control signal of an inverter.
