The device for the intelligent interaction based on the natural language analysis comprises a body, wherein a liquid crystal display screen is installed on the surface of the body; the liquid crystal display screen is in electric input connection with a wireless communication module; and a center database is in electric dual-way connection to an index unit. According to the invention, rapid retrieval is conducted in an index library based on a center concept of a natural statement extracted by a front end, and most correlative information inquired by a user is returned; a URL pointer can be used to continuously collect information which is newly found and store the information in a memory; result retrieval is rapid, and time lag is avoided; the intelligent interaction is achieved through natural language analysis, so fewer telephone service workers are needed, and expenditure cost for company running is reduced; uniform standard services are provided; and the user's satisfaction degree is increased.
