The special additive is prepared from, by mass percent, 5-10 of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 30-50 of polycarboxylic acid, 10-20 of a viscosity modifier, 1-3 of weepage inhibitor, 0.1-0.3 of an antifoaming agent, 1-3 of a retarder and 17-47 of water.
