The preparation method comprises the preparation steps: (1) proportionally weighing the hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber, the carboxylated nitrile-butadiene rubber, the vulcanization activator, the staple fibers, the carbon black, the wear-resistant filler, the anti-aging agent and the plasticizer, sequentially putting the weighed ingredients into an internal mixer, carrying out conventional milling according to the conventional rubber processing method, carrying out roll release, and carrying out tight milling in an open mill; (2) putting the tight-milled rubber mass into an internal mixer, adding the vulcanizing agent and the vulcanization accelerator into the internal mixer, carrying out uniform milling, then, carrying out roll release, and carrying out normal-temperature placement; (3) carrying out back mixing on the milled rubber, and then, carrying out vulcanization forming, thereby preparing rubber telescopic joint pack-off elements.
