Abstract

The invention provides a starting circuit for a miniature special motor of an industrial robot manipulator. The starting circuit comprises a power supply conversion module, a master control module, a converting circuit module, a voltage sensor and a logic circuit module. The power supply conversion module converts an input AC signal to a DC signal and performs filtering on the DC signal. A signal processing submodule of the master control module performs analytic processing on the electric signal. The converting circuit module performs amplifying, frequency conversion and filtering on the electric signal and then applies a starting signal to a motor stator. The voltage transformer is used for detecting voltage over two ends of a working capacitor, and transmits a feedback signal to the master control module through the logic circuit module when the voltage exceeds a preset range, thereby adjusting the starting signal according to the feedback signal. The starting circuit according to the invention can be used for reasonable starting a miniature motor required for operation of a robot, thereby realizing accurate starting of the motor and ensuring high precision and high smoothness of the electric signal.
