The invention discloses a polyurea anti-static elastic self-leveling floor coating and a preparation method thereof. The floor coating is prepared from an A component and a B component. The A component is prepared from the following materials: 5 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin with 280 NH equivalent, 40 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin with 335 NH equivalent, 0.8 part of dispersant, 0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.3 part of defoamer, 0.5 part of fumed silica, 5 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 30.9 parts of barium sulfate with 1250 meshes, 2 parts of silane coupling agent, 10 parts of color paste, and 5 parts of conducting preliminary pulping. The B component is prepared from the following materials: 95 parts of isocyanate curing agent with 4.9 percent of NCO content, and 5 parts of isocyanate curing agent with 22 percent of NCO content. The floor coating has the prominent advantages of good flexibility, no cracking, good chemical resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance, rapid curing speed and the like of a polyurea coating, and has excellent conductivity and is suitable for applying to a communication machine room, a laboratory and the like as the floor coating.
