The invention provides a production process of glass fiber composite profiles, and relates to the technical field of fiber composite material, comprising the following steps: preparing materials, wherein pne or more than one bundle of glass fiber filament material, unsaturated resin, catalysts, pigment, and stabilizer are prepared; melting, wherein the unsaturated resin is heated to 55-65 DEG C and softened for 25-35 minutes, then the pigment is added and sufficiently stirred and mixed, and the temperature is increased to 75-85 DEG C and preserved for 10-30 minutes; immersing, wherein the temperature of the unsaturated resin is increased to 100-110 DEG C, firstly the stabilizer and then the catalysts are added, and fully mixed respectively, the fiber filament material is conveyed and immersed into the unsaturated resin, and passes through slowly; extruding, wherein the immersed fiber filament material is extruded through profile dies to form different profiles, and the temperature is heated to 130-140 DEG C for solidifying hardening; and cooling, wherein the profiles are cooled to normal temperature.
