Abstract

The preparation method includes: preparing an organic carrier; adding the silver powder into the organic carrier, and sufficiently dispersing well; adding pyrrolidine and the pyrrolidine polymerization catalyst, using a three-roller mill to mill, and filtering to remove insoluble substances. Polypyrrolidine is used as a binder, so that curing temperature of the silver paste can be lowered, and the silver paste is enabled to still have good color masking performance, conductive performance, adhesion force and hardness in low-temperature roasting conditions (at 90-120 DEG C).
