Abstract

The embodiments of the invention disclose a hybrid automatic repeat processing method based on LAA (Licensed-Assisted Access), comprising: according to the scheduling instruction of the BBU at the sub-frame N, transmitting by the RRU downlink data packets to user equipment (UE) at the sub-frame N+L; receiving by the RRU the first feedback information returned by the EU according to the downlink data packets at the sub-frame N+M and forwarding the first feedback information to the BBU; receiving the first feedback information by the BBU at sub-frame N+P to obtain the channel state of the auxiliary accessing channel in the sub-frame N+L; if the channel state indicates a not-usable state, correcting by the BBU the first feedback information to second feedback information; according to the second feedback information, generating by the BBU the re-transmission data packets for the downlink data packets wherein the NDIs of the re-transmission data packets are not toggled and the redundancy version edition remains unchanged; and re-transmitting data packets to the UE by the BBU at sub-frame N+P through the RRU. The embodiments of the invention also disclose a base station. With the invention, a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) based on LAA can be realized which increases the data throughput and gain.
