Abstract

Hardware design and model selection are carried out on the detection system according to detection precision and specification requirements on detected carrier tapes; an image processing algorithm suitable for carrier tape detection is designed and system detection software is written. A detection manner takes standard qualified carrier tape sample images as a training set. Characteristic quantity information of an image of a detection region is acquired from the standard qualified carrier tape sample images and is used as a comparison standard for online detection. If a certain characteristic quantity of the detected image is not in an allowable error range, the double-station carrier tape detection system is shut down and an alarm is sent; defects in defect images are identified through a support vector machine method.
