The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of S1, extracting total metabolite from a to-be-quarantined quarantine fruit fly, and detecting the content of biological marker in the total metabolite; S2, statistically comparing the content of biological marker in the total metabolite in the to-be-quarantined quarantine fruit fly and the contrast data; when the comparison result is obviously different, and the content of biological marker reaches threshold value, judging that the to-be-quarantined quarantine fruit fly is performed with the effective cold treatment.
