A transmission heat exchanger, an exhaust manifold water jacket and a transmission temperature control valve are added in a traditional cooling system; drained water of an engine water jacket is connected with a water inlet of a water pump by the exhaust manifold water jacket; heat of an exhaust manifold is leaded into the cooling system; the exhaust energy is effectively used; and meanwhile, the exhaust temperature is lowered, so that the injection of more fuels due to higher exhaust temperature under the working condition of higher load is prevented, and the oil saving effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the drained water of the engine water jacket is connected with the transmission temperature control valve, and then, is connected with the transmission heat exchanger; cooling water passes through the heat exchanger to connect with the water inlet of the water pump; a temperature control valve controls opening and closing of a transmission branch; when the temperature of cooling liquid is lower and dose not reach the water temperature demands for heating and defrosting in a passenger cabin, the temperature control valve is closed; when the temperature of the cooling liquid reaches the water temperature demands for heating and defrosting in the passenger cabin, the temperature control valve is opened; and the cooling liquid heats lubricating oil from a transmission through the heat exchanger to accelerate quick temperature rise of the transmission machine oil in cold start.
