Abstract

The invention discloses an energy management circuit for a sleep-wakeup mode and an energy management method. The circuit comprises a rectifier circuit of a power supply, a direct current booster circuit, a low dropout regulator and an electrical appliance. A super-capacitor, a timer circuit, a switch circuit and a reset circuit are arranged behind the rectifier circuit and the direct current booster circuit. The timer circuit controls sleep time of the electrical appliance (a chip). The switch circuit is taken as a power energy inflow enabling signal. The reset circuit is connected with a follow-up electrical appliance (the chip) and receives a work completion signal. A user can select specific sleep time according to a practical demand and the balance between power consumption reduction and normal work is achieved.
