Embodiment 1

[0028] (1) Pretreatment: Wash the pepper leaves, drain the water, dry at 60-80°C, then cut into small pieces, pulverize them with a grinder, and pass through a 40-mesh sieve to obtain pepper leaf powder for later use.

[0029] (2) Extraction:

[0030] Enzyme treatment: Take 100g of pepper leaf powder in step (1), add 800ml of pure water, adjust its temperature to 30°C, pH to 3.5, add 0.8g of a compound composed of cellulase and acid protease (1:1) Enzyme, enzymatic hydrolysis for 2 hours, to obtain enzymatic hydrolyzate;

[0031] Ultrasonic treatment: take the enzymatic solution and adjust the pH to 0.8 with hydrochloric acid, heat up to 40°C, and ultrasonicate for 35 minutes at a power of 200W;

Abstract

The invention discloses an extracting method of capsicum leaf polyphenol. The extracting method, with capsicum leaf as a raw material, specifically comprises the following operating steps: (1) pre-processing; (2) enzymatically hydrolyzing and conducting ultrasonic treatment; (3) purifying; and (4) drying so as to obtain the polyphenol. The extracting method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the polyphenol is extracted from the capsicum leaf by applying a combined action of complex enzyme and ultrasonic wave on the capsicum leaf; enzymatic action is mild in conditions, and in addition, the enzymatic action also takes a wall-breaking effect, so that a function of thoroughly dissolving the polyphenol in the capsicum leaf is achieved; the ultrasonic extracting process, as a physical process, is free from chemical change, and the extracting process is high in extracting rate and capable of effectively protecting functional ingredients of the extract (the polyphenol) and shortening a breaking time. With the application of the method, the dosage of a solvent can be reduced, an extracting rate is improved and purity is enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of plant extraction, and specifically relates to a method for extracting capsicum leaf polyphenols. Background technique [0002] Plant polyphenols are important secondary metabolites that widely exist in plants. They are widely distributed in roots, leaves, skins, pulp, and shells of plants. They have various physiological functions such as anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, and liver protection. Antioxidant substances that must be ingested from food every day are called the seventh nutrient after dietary fiber. According to the structure, polyphenols can be divided into the following categories: simple phenols, lignans, coumarins, stilbenes, flavonoids, phenolic acids and tannins and other compounds. [0003] Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) is a medicinal and edible plant widely planted in my country, and its output ranks first in the world. As a by-product of pepper planting, pepper leaves not only have high nutritional and...
