Abstract

The single-cylinder electronic fuel injector test platform comprises an electronic fuel injection module communicating with an ECU, a cooling system connected with the electronic fuel injection module, an oil quantity measuring mechanism connected with the cooling system, a PLC communicating with the oil quantity measuring mechanism, a weighing module connected with the oil quantity measuring mechanism, a servo motor communicating with the PLC, and a test platform measuring and controlling module. The electronic fuel injection module, the PLC, the weighing module, and the servo motor communicate with the test platform monitoring and control module. The single-cylinder electronic fuel injector test platform has an advantage that the speed simulation of the servo motor fully satisfies a speed demand of the ship low-speed machine, can measure the fuel injection quantity of a third-party fuel injector in every cycle, can measure respective performance parameters of the fuel injector, and provides direction for the control strategy and optimization coordination of the low-speed machine.
