Abstract

An improved method of preparing a bdellovibrio bacteriovorus preparation is disclosed. Through repeated researching and experiments by inventors, a bdellovibrio bacteriovorus plaque obtained by screening adopting a two-layer tap water agar plate is picked and added into 200 mL of a host bacterium suspension, then the mixture is subjected to shake cultivation at 28 DEG C for 90 h, with a speed being 150 rpm, and an obtained liquid mixture is adopted as a bdellovibrio bacteriovorus suspension.
