The processing technology comprises the following steps of (1) performing picking: picking spring tea; step (2), performing spreading; step (3), performing withering; step (4) performing plasma electrode induction: placing withered fresh leaves obtained in the step (3) in bottom electrode mediums of a plasma device, and performing illumination under the operating condition of voltage being 8kV, electric current being 1.0mA and gap being 3mm for 15-25 seconds; step (5) performing twisting; step (6) performing fermentation; and step (7), performing baking by a pseudo hot isostatic pressing method, wherein baking by the pseudo hot isostatic pressing method is also called as vacuum pan type baking, namely a manner of placing a crucible under vacuum environment using aluminum oxide ceramic as pressure transmission mediums for baking, controlling the temperature of the vacuum pan type baking to be 60-80 DEG C and controlling the time to be 45-75 minutes, then through a conveyor belt, enabling fresh leaves to pass through an air conditioning room for spreading for cooling, and slowly reducing the temperature to 15-25 DEG C.
