Primary waveguide matching and primary linear conical microstrip matching of hybrid mode microstrip lines can be realized on the same substrate, and good matching between a dielectric waveguide form phase shift segment and the standard 500 ohm microstrip line can be finally realized; compared with a conventional rectangle waveguide and dielectric waveguide form ferrite phase shifter, the small-sized ferrite phase shifter is advantaged by compact structure, small size and light weight; due to adoption of the dielectric waveguide form of the phase shift segment, the small-sized ferrite phase shifter is smaller in insertion loss, higher in microwave tolerance power and higher in reliability than a conventional microstrip line form ferrite phase shifter.
