Abstract

The invention discloses a real-time fluorescence RPA kit for rapid detection of the porcine pseudorabies virus and application thereof, and further discloses a test strip RPA kit for rapid detection of the porcine pseudorabies virus and application thereof. The two kits comprise primers as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO.2 respectively and respective probes. Though aiming at the same target sequence, modified bases and detection platforms of the primers and the probes are different. Experiments prove that the two kits have the same sensitivity which is 102 copies per reaction, and both kits can only specifically detect the porcine pseudorabies virus. When the two kits are used for detecting a porcine pseudorabies virus suspected sample, results show that the detection results of both kits accord with qPCR completely. Therefore, both kits can be used for detecting the porcine pseudorabies virus quickly, efficiently and sensitively, and an effective technical means is provided for differential diagnosis of the porcine pseudorabies virus.
