Abstract

The invention proposes an industrial de-dusting equipment's intelligent monitoring system and a method based on embedded technology. The system comprises data monitoring nodes, an embedded type controller and an emergency de-dusting device. The key positions of the industrial de-dusting equipment are provided with the data monitoring nodes wherein the key positions include the dust collection pipeline, the dust collection barrel and the removed dust transportation pipeline connecting the dust collection pipeline and the dust collection barrel. Each data monitoring node comprises a temperature sensor, a flow sensor and a pressure sensor. The emergency de-dusting device, together with the temperature sensor, the flow sensor and the pressure sensor in each data monitoring node, is connected with the embedded type controller. The embedded type controller is provided therein with a clock module and a power supply module. The system and the method of the invention solve the problem in the prior art that at present the repair and maintenance to de-dusting equipment require a great quantity of human resources. At the same time, the system and the method make up the defect that the monitoring for physical amount is single, realize the comprehensive and effective monitoring to the industrial de-dusting equipment, and maintains its safe and stable operation.
