By means of the finite element structural optimization and on the basis of bending, torsion and braking load of passenger cars, the overall car frame is optimized; rod members of passenger cars are properly adjusted or added to form a space frame of a bionic passenger car with uniform overall loading and reasonable rigidity distribution.
