Embodiment 1

[0031] 1. Experimental materials

[0032] In order to eliminate the influence of ecological and other environmental factors, the test materials were from two-year Dalbergia odorifera seedlings of the same ecological type.

[0033] 2. Experimental design

[0034] Pre-treatment (first batch): each group maintains 100% soil relative water content. There were 5 levels for the treatment of exogenous substances, and 100ml of salt solution of different concentrations was irrigated, and the control group was irrigated with a corresponding volume of water. The experiment has 3 replicates, each with 4 plants. After 3 days of experimental treatment, the same volume of water was used instead of watering for 2 days, and the height of the seedlings (from the root to the highest leaf after being raised) was recorded every day. After 10 days of treatment, half of the leaves of the plants were collected and stored at -72°C.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the drought resistance of dalbergia odorifera. The method includes the following steps that dalbergia odorifera seedlings in any period of the growth stage are continuously irrigated with a salt solution for 10-14 d, wherein the irrigation amount is equivalent to a field soil relative water content keeping the soil moisture being 25%-30%. By means of the method, the drought stress resistance of dalbergia odorifera is improved, and dalbergia odorifera can adapt to extreme environmental conditions rapidly; meanwhile, the salt solution with a synergistic effect is unexpectedly obtained, that is to say, a mixed solution prepared from 1.5-2.5 mmol K2SiO and 15-30 mmol NaCl can synergistically promote growth of dalbergia odorifera in a drought stress environment, and the growth condition of dalbergia odorifera treated with the mixed solution under drought is significantly improved compared with that of dalbergia odorifera treated with a single salt solution.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of rice disease resistance research, and specifically relates to a method for improving rice resistance to bacterial blight through short-time melatonin treatment. The method is suitable for rice planting and bacterial blight resistant rice growth in any region of my country. Background technique [0002] Dalbergia odorifera (Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen), also known as Huanghuali, is an evergreen semi-deciduous tree of the leguminous butterfly flower subfamily Dalbergia, also known as Huanghuali, Dalbergia odorifera, Pear, Fragrant Rosewood, Fragrant Branch Wood, Rosewood It is a precious redwood species unique to Hainan Province and is listed as a national second-level protected plant. It is one of the 34 species of rosewood in 5 genera and 8 categories in the national standard (Yang Donghua, Chen Fu, Song Xiqiang, etc. Dalbergia odorifera flora in Hainan Island) And community characteristics analysis. Tropical Agricultur...
