Abstract

The invention provides an antifouling glass preparation technology which comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially performing hydrophilic treatment and amination treatment on glass; (2) coating the surface of the glass treated by the step (1) with a silicon compound coating, performing curing treatment under 300 to 400 DEG C and forming a silicon compound membrane on the surface of the glass; (3) coating the surface of the glass treated by the step (2) with a silicon-titanium compound coating, performing curing treatment under 300 to 400 DEG C and forming a silicon-titanium compound membrane on the surface of the silicon compound membrane; (4) coating the surface of the glass treated by the step (3) with a fluorine-silicon compound coating, performing curing treatment under 300 to 400 DEG C and forming a fluorine-silicon compound membrane on the surface of the silicon-titanium compound membrane. The prepared antifouling glass disclosed by the invention has a super hydrophilic effect, can effectively remove surface pollutant, has good weather resistance and can be applied to the field of curtain wall glass.
