The rapid nondestructive testing method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting different types of silkworm samples, and carrying out spectrum scanning; (2) after the spectrum scanning, carrying out cocoon-breakage male and female detection on the silkworm samples; (3) constructing an optical model of silkworm cocoon sample; (4) constructing a spectrum collection module, and carrying out spectrum collection; (5) separating a collected spectrum; (6) preprocessing the separated spectrum, extracting a characteristic wavelength, and establishing a discrimination model of a single-source spectrum; and (7) carrying out multi-source information fusion, so as to obtain a nondestructive testing result of the genders of the silkworm pupas.
