Abstract

The invention discloses a method of preparing a spray-seeding base material by using straws, sludge and chicken manure and relates to a preparation method of the spray-seeding base material. A dry sample comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of straws, 25-40 parts of sludge, 10-30 parts of chicken manure, 0.1-1 part of a water-retaining agent, 0.1-1 part of an adhesive and 0.01-0.1 part of an EM inoculant. The preparation method of the spray-seeding base material comprises the following steps: (1) after airing the straws, sludge and chicken manure, crushing the same into particles, the grain size of which is smaller than 1cm, and mixing the particles with the EM inoculant and water to ferment for 30-40 days; (2) after fermentation, airing the mixture, crushing the mixture till the grain size is smaller than 0.2cm, screening the mixture through a 0.2cm sieve to obtain a base material; and (3) adding the water-retaining agent and the adhesive into the base material to be uniformly mixed, drying the base material for 4h at 65 DEG C to obtain the spray-seeding base material and bagging the spray-seeding base material. The spray-seeding base material prepared by the method has good nutrient condition, retention ability and drainage performance, and the granular structure of the matrix is improved.
