Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method of measuring attenuation of a bolt clamping force in a vibration environment in a real-time mode. The device comprises a bolt connection piece, a pressure sensor, a torque wrench, a four-channel amplifier, a data acquisition card, a signal generator, a power amplifier, a vibration table, a vibration level amplification device, a charge amplifier, an oscillograph and a processor, wherein the vibration table loads vibration load to a bolt test piece; the pressure sensor measures changes of the attenuation of the clamping force, the changes are transmitted to the four-channel amplifier in a force signal form, force signal amplification is carried out, the amplified force signals are finally subjected to data acquisition by the data acquisition card, the data are processed on the corresponding processor, the change relationship between the attenuation of the clamping force, the vibration load size and the time is obtained, and a bolt relaxation law is finally obtained.
