Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for producing a high-speed pulse gas source. The device comprises a high-pressure gas bottle, a first gas container, a gas tank, a second gas container and a diaphragm vacuum pump, wherein a first high-speed electromagnetic valve is arranged on a pipeline between the first gas container and the gas tank; a second high-speed electromagnetic valve is arranged on a pipeline between the gas tank and the second gas container; and the first high-speed electromagnetic valve and the second high-speed electromagnetic valve are electrically connected to a controller. After a preset amount of gas is buffered by the first gas container, the gas tank and the second gas container are vacuumized, the first high-speed electromagnetic valve is opened, and gas in the first gas container is rapidly dispersed into the vacuum gas tank so as to generate a rising edge of the high-speed pulse gas source; and after a preset time interval, the second high-speed electromagnetic valve is opened, and gas in the second gas container is rapidly dispersed into the vacuum second gas tank so as to generate a descending edge of the high-speed pulse gas source.
