After a preset amount of gas is buffered by the first gas container, the gas tank and the second gas container are vacuumized, the first high-speed electromagnetic valve is opened, and gas in the first gas container is rapidly dispersed into the vacuum gas tank so as to generate a rising edge of the high-speed pulse gas source; and after a preset time interval, the second high-speed electromagnetic valve is opened, and gas in the second gas container is rapidly dispersed into the vacuum second gas tank so as to generate a descending edge of the high-speed pulse gas source.
