Abstract

The invention discloses a recycling device for backwash water of an activated carbon filter and a recycling method. The recycling device comprises a flocculant feeding tank, a backwash water collecting tank, an ultra-filtration membrane tank, an ozone generator and a clean water tank, wherein a backwash water inlet, a flocculant feeding port and a collecting tank water outlet are formed on the backwash water collecting tank; an ultra-filtration membrane component is arranged in the ultra-filtration membrane tank; an ultra-filtration membrane water outlet and an ultra-filtration membrane backwash water inlet are formed at the top of the ultra-filtration membrane component; the ultra-filtration membrane water outlet is connected with a water inlet of the clean water tank; a backwash water outlet is formed on the clean water tank; the backwash water outlet is connected with the ultra-filtration membrane backwash water inlet through a backwash pump; and an ozone aeration plate is arranged in the ultra-filtration membrane tank. The recycling device disclosed by the invention is capable of filtering out the microorganism, organic matter and particle matter in the backwash water of the activated carbon filter, realizing the safety utilization of the backwash water of the activated carbon filter, increasing the water-saving efficiency of water plant and efficiently restraining the ultra-filtration membrane pollution under the condition of low drug consumption.
