Embodiment 1

[0022] Add 1.75g of ammonium bicarbonate to 100g of fiber suspension (concentration: 5wt%, electrical conductivity: 50ms / cm) which is hydrolyzed by concentrated sulfuric acid and neutralized with alkali, and then add 1.75g of ammonium bicarbonate and mix well. Centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 10 min with a high-speed refrigerated centrifuge, and repeat the centrifugation process 6 times. Add 100ml of deionized water to the obtained cellulose precipitate, boil for 20min (continuously replenish water during this period to maintain the liquid level of 100ml), and a high-purity cellulose suspension can be obtained.

[0023] The conductivity of the high-purity cellulose suspension prepared in this example is 600 us / cm, indicating that the impurity ions in the nanocellulose suspension can be simply and quickly removed by the purification method of the present invention.

Embodiment 2

[0025] In 100 g of nanocrystalline cellulose suspension (conductivity 55 ms / cm) with a concentration of 2 wt % and 3 g NaCl, add 3 g of ammonium bicarbonate and mix well. Centrifuge at 12,000 rpm for 10 min with a high-speed refrigerated centrifuge, and repeat the centrifugation process 5 times. Add 300ml of deionized water to the obtained cellulose precipitate, boil for 120min (continuously replenish water during this period to maintain the liquid level of 300ml), and then obtain a high-purity cellulose suspension.

[0026] The conductivity of the high-purity cellulose suspension prepared in this example is 150 us / cm, indicating that the impurity ions in the nanocellulose suspension can be simply and quickly removed by the purification method of the present invention.

Embodiment 3

[0028] Add 0.5 g of ammonium carbonate to 100 g of nanocellulose suspension (conductivity 20 ms / cm) obtained by TEMPO oxidation with a concentration of 1 wt% and 1 g of NaCl and mix well. Centrifuge at 8000 rpm for 10 min with a high-speed refrigerated centrifuge, and repeat the centrifugation process 4 times. Add 200ml of deionized water to the obtained cellulose precipitate and boil for 70min (continuously replenish water during the period to maintain the liquid level of 200ml) to obtain a high-purity cellulose suspension.

[0029] The conductivity of the high-purity cellulose suspension prepared in this example is 80.5 us / cm, indicating that the impurity ions in the nanocellulose suspension can be simply and quickly removed by the purification method of the present invention.

Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid purifying method for nano-cellulose suspension. The method comprises the following steps: adding ammonium bicarbonate or ammonium carbonate in the nano-cellulose suspension for precipitating nano-cellulose; centrifuging repeatedly to remove original impurity ions from the nano-cellulose; and decomposing ammonium bicarbonate or ammonium carbonate into gas to escape by using a heating method, so that pure nano-cellulose suspension is obtained. According to the method, ammonium bicarbonate or ammonium carbonate is added into the nano-cellulose suspension, so that a stable colloidal state of the nano-cellulose suspension is broken; the nano-cellulose is precipitated and is separated from the original impurity ions in supernatant through centrifuging. Newly introduced ammonium bicarbonate or ammonium carbonate can be decomposed into gas to escape from the nano-cellulose through a simple heating method, so that high-purity nano-cellulose suspension is obtained. The purifying method can also replace a dialyzing process in a process of preparing nano-crystalline cellulose by acid hydrolysis; a large amount of high-purity water required in the dialyzing process are saved; and 3 to 7 days of dialysis consumption time is also saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of natural polymer materials, and in particular relates to a rapid purification method of nanocellulose suspension. Background technique [0002] Due to the tiny size of nanocellulose, the doped ions in nanocellulose cannot be removed by filtration or centrifugation. Nowadays, dialysis is generally used to remove impurity ions in nanocellulose suspension, which requires a large amount of high-purity water and is very time-consuming. For example, the traditional process of preparing nanocellulose by acid hydrolysis requires long-term dialysis of the pulp after acid hydrolysis with a large amount of high-purity water for 3-7 days to remove the residual ions in the fiber pulp after acid hydrolysis. It is time-consuming and causes a lot of waste of high-purity water. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to overcome the deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides a rapid purification method of ...
