Abstract

An on-line biological water quality monitoring model based on biological rhythms of golden crucian carps and a building method thereof are disclosed. The method includes (1) selecting organisms to be tested; (2) preparing a trace pollutant solution, and determining the concentration of a medicine for tests according to surface water environment quality standards of the People's Republic of China; (3) arranging a blank group and an experimental group, with each group comprising at least three parallel groups, putting the organisms to be tested in the blank group and the experimental group into different sensors of an organism on-line behavior detector, adding aerated water into the sensors of the blank group, adding the prepared trace pollutant solution into the sensors of the experimental group, adding at least two golden crucian carps into each sensor after the aquatic organism on-line behavior detector is calibrated, performing a water flowing test, and allowing a system to automatically collect and record data; (4) performing data processing and result analyzing; and (5) building a biological clock model.
