Problems solved by technology

General WO 3 The preparation methods of thin films include chemical vapor deposition, radio frequency sputtering, and some wet chemical methods, such as sol-gel, spray pyrolysis, and WO prepared by these methods 3 Due to the relatively dense structure of the film, the migration of ions or electrons is affected, and the spectral modulation amplitude is often not high, the response time is long, and the color changing efficiency is not high.

Embodiment example 1

[0033] In this implementation case, ITO glass (30mm×30mm) is used as the substrate, and the following cleaning steps are performed before coating: ultrasonically clean the ITO glass in acetone for 30 minutes → rinse with deionized water for 3 times, then put it into deionized water for 30 minutes with ultrasonication → deionize After rinsing in water for 3 times, perform ultrasonication in ethanol for 30 minutes → dry and set aside.

[0034] Step (1): Prepare ITO nanocrystals by solvothermal method, mix 10mL octadecene, 3.2mL oleylamine, 0.6mL isooctanoic acid, 1.09 mole indium acetylacetonate and 0.11 mole tin isooctanoate, heat to 270°C and keep stirring , keep warm for 2 hours, add ethanol to the solution after cooling to room temperature, and centrifuge to obtain 0.4 g of ITO nanocrystals. The size of the nanocrystals is about 11 nm. Dissolve the nanocrystals in 10 mL of non-polar n-hexane solvent to form nanocrystals solution, the solution is blue;

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an ITO / WO3 nano composite electrochromic film having a nano mosaic structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving prepared ITO nanocrystals in a nonpolar organic solvent to obtain a nanocrystal solution; (2) adding a polar solvent DMF and a ligand exchanger nitronium tetrafluoroborate into the nanocrystal solution, and performing standing or low-speed centrifugal treatment, so that the ITO nanocrystals are transferred into the polar solvent DMF to form an ITO nanocrystal DMF solution; (3) adding a tungsten source precursor into the ITO nanocrystal DMF solution to form a composite solution; (4) adding ethanol into the composite solution to regulate the viscosity and surface tension; (5) coating the solution obtained in the step (4) on a substrate through a spin coating method, a pulling method or a spray coating method to form a wet film; and (6) annealing the wet film in air to obtain the WO3 film. The invention also discloses the ITO / WO3 nano composite electrochromic film prepared through the above method. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and low in cost, thereby being suitable for industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electrochromic energy-saving composite films, in particular to an ITO / WO film with a nano-mosaic structure 3 Composite electrochromic thin film and preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The so-called electrochromism refers to a stable and reversible change in the color or transmittance of a material under the action of an applied voltage or electric field. The research on the electrochromic effect dates back to 1966 when Deb studied amorphous WO 3 Since then, scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth and extensive research on electrochromic thin films and their applications. At present, electrochromic materials are considered to be one of the most promising smart materials, and have great potential application value in smart windows, automotive anti-glare rearview mirrors, and electrochromic displays. [0003] Among many electrochromic materials, WO 3 As the most common inorganic c...
