The filament is produced by spinning nylon 6 dry slices which are taken as raw materials by virtue of a melt spinning method.The production method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) feeding, namely adding the nylon 6 dry slices into a material bin; (2) preparing a fiber-forming high polymer melt, namely enabling thenylon 6 dry slices to pass through a compression section, a melt section and a metering section of an extruder, so as to prepare the fiber-forming high polymer melt; (3) spinning, namely extruding the molten fiber-forming high polymer melt through spinning holes of a spinning nozzle, and cooling in ambient air or water until the melt is condensed into filaments; and (4) winding, namely sequentially carrying out oiling cooling and antistatic treatment, pre-networking, stretching heating shaping, pre-networking, winding, balancing, examination, packaging and examination procedures on produced fibers, so as to finally obtain the low-denier nylon 6 filament.
