The top end of an apparatus main body is provided with an insoluble-substance recovery device, water inlets are separately arranged at two sides of the top end of the apparatus main body, the water inlets are connected with a sewage pipeline, water outlets are separately arranged at two sides of the bottom end of theapparatus main body, the water outlets are connected with a drainage pipeline, the sewage pipeline is provided with water inlet valves, the drainage pipeline is provided with drainage valves, one endof the sewage pipeline is connected with a water inlet pump, biodegradation devices are uniformly arranged in the apparatus main body, aeration devices are arranged below the biodegradation devices,and degradation product recovery devices are arranged on the biodegradation devices. According to the invention, biodegradation treatment is performed on the sewage by adopting a biological technology, so that all kinds of environmental pollution caused by throwing various chemical medicines into the sewage is reduced, biodegraded sewage can be used for secondary water in other situations of a city, and water resources are saved.
