Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid sample-injection method for a flow-type analysis instrument. The rapid sample-injection method comprises the following steps: presetting an event time ratio firstly under a sample-injection speed needed for detection; when the sample injection is started, loading a sample at a high speed, adopting a detection module of the instrument to judge the sample injection stage, and when the even time ratio can be obtained for a plurality of times by fewer-event detection, judging that a part of the sample reaches a detection area; then reducing the sample-injection speed to a normal detection sample-injection speed in a step-by-step manner, carrying out real-time judgment in the process, after the preset event time ratio is obtained again at the normal detection sample-injection speed, carrying out multiple fewer-event sampling at an equal interval, and if the preset event time ratio can be obtained respectively, showing that the sample is stably injected and starts to pass through the detection area normally and the system can conduct actual detection and data acquisition. The rapid sample-injection method disclosed by the invention has the advantages thatthe sample-injection waiting time of the analysis instrument can be obviously reduced, the labor cost can be saved and the detection flux of the instrument can be increased.
