Abstract

The system comprises a comparator, a first adjustable resistor, a second adjustable resistor, a diode and a detection controller, wherein one end of the first adjustable resistor is connected with the negative input end of the comparator, and the other end of the first adjustable resistor is connected with a power supply; one end of the second adjustable resistor is connected with the negative input end of the comparator, and the other end of the second adjustable resistor is grounded; the output end of the comparator is connected with the detection controller, the positive input end of the comparator is connected with the positive electrode of the diode, and the negative electrode of the diodeis connected with one end of a brake tube in parallel. The method comprises the steps that after the brake tube is turned on, an operator waits for 3 us and then detects the voltage at the two ends ofthe brake tube, and if short circuit occurs, the comparator is turned over, and the detection controller sends out a signal to control the brake tube to be turned off.
