The method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials including ethylene diamine, methyl acrylate and methyl alcohol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing ethylene diamine and methyl acrylate; electromagnetically stirring; then adding methyl alcohol;continuously stirring; transferring into constant-temperature water bath; carrying out a reaction to obtain a product GCR; dissolving GCR through methyl alcohol; adding hexamethylendiamine; carrying out a reaction without light for 24h; then performing pressure reduction distilling. The inhibitor has the advantages that the purpose of blocking water and draining water in a clay mineral layer is achieved; a series of potential construction problems caused by hydration of shale can be avoided; the inhibiting performance is high; the salt and calcium resisting performances are outstanding.
