Embodiment 1

[0037] Embodiment 1, the germination method of the seeds of Rhizoma Dianchi

[0038] 1. Seed germination of Zhonglou Dianzhong

[0039] 1. Select seeds with consistent seed size and maturity

[0040] The outer testa of mature and well-developed Chonglou seeds is dark red and has a plump berry-like juice.

[0041] Remove the outer seed coat of the collected mature Prunus dianthus seeds by rubbing, rinse the outer seed coat and the residual color on the seed coat with flowing water thoroughly to make it appear white or milky white as mature seeds, and dry it in the shade. Seeds with the same size and maturity were selected for use.

[0042] 2. Disinfection

[0043] 1% aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite sterilized the above-mentioned 1-treated seeds for 20 minutes, and then rinsed them with sterile distilled water for 5 times to obtain sterilized seeds.

[0044] 3. Break the physiological dormancy of seeds

[0045] The sterilized seeds obtained in the above 2 were proce...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for promoting the germination of paris polyphylla seeds. The method comprises the following steps: (1) processing the paris polyphylla seed by virtue of a plant growthregulator or a plant growth regulator solution, so as to obtain processed seeds, wherein the plant growth regulator or the solute of the plant growth regulator solution is gibberellin and fluridone;and (2) putting the processed seeds into a germination box containing water and river sand, and carrying out germination culture, so as to realize the germination of the paris polyphylla seeds. By combining temperature lamination with hormone treatment, a form after-ripening process is finished at a high temperature (20 DEG C), and gibberellin and fluridone are utilized for breaking physiologicaldormancy, so that the germination rate of the paris polyphylla seeds reaches 95% or above within 60 days; and compared with an existing paris polyphylla seed germination method, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the germination time is remarkably shortened, and the germination rate is remarkably increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of seed biology, in particular to a method for promoting the germination of the seeds of Pachyphytum dianthus. Background technique [0002] [Parispolyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis (Franch.) Hand.–Mzt.] is a perennial herb of the genus Parispolyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis (Franch.) Hand.–Mzt. The rhizome is thick and nodular, with scaly leaves and numerous fibrous roots. Stems 20-100cm high, glabrous, often purplish red, with 1-3 membranous leaf sheaths phimosis at the base. Whorled leaves 5-11, leaves obovate-oblong or oblanceolate, apex acute or acuminate, base cuneate to round, entire margin, with 3 distinct basal veins, leaf length 7- 17cm, width 2.2-6cm. Flowers solitary on top of stem, bisexual, perianth in two whorls, outer tepals 4-7, green, inner tepals as many as outer, yellow or yellow-green, linear, about 2-5mm wide. Stamens 2-4 rounds, septum obvious, ovary 1 room. The fruit is nearly spher...
