Abstract

The invention discloses a firework manufacturing system. The firework manufacturing system comprises a feeding device, a planting guide device and a skin sticking device. The feeding device is used for feeding fireworks into the planting guide device. The planting guide device is used for drilling holes in a firework barrel and further inserting leads into the corresponding holes. The planting guide device is described in the claim of right 4. The skin sticking device is used for attaching skin rolls onto the fireworks with the leads being planted. The firework planting guide device comprisesa clamp (12) and a planting guide mechanism (17). The clamp is used for fixing the cylindrical fireworks (13). The planting guide mechanism comprises an inserting guide module, a guide module and a cutting guide module. The inserting guide module is used for driving the leads (170) into the guide module. The guide module is used for guiding the leads so as to align preformed holes in the fireworksand further guiding the leads to be inserted into the corresponding preformed holes. According to the firework manufacturing system, automatic drilling, planting guide and skin sticking can be achieved, the degree of automation is high and production efficiency is also high.
