Abstract

The invention provides a novel technical scheme to solve the problems of high energy consumption and complicated process of the conventional pretreatment process for hemp fabric and realizes the effects of steam saving and process reduction. The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is that special chemicals are provided, and the pretreatment process is changed to the following process: (1) padding in a working solution; (2) batching and cold batching; (3) water washing at room temperature (or hot water washing); (4) padding in an oxygen bleaching solution; (5) batching and coldbatching or steaming; (6) water washing at room temperature; (7) drying. In terms of the special chemicals provided in the scheme, sodium chlorite is used as a main component in the working solution for padding in the step (1), and conventional hydrogen peroxide is used in the step (4) of padding in the oxygen bleaching solution for bleaching. With adoption of the combined scheme, the process hasthe beneficial effects that the whole pretreatment process is finished only by two steps, hemp peel is removed cleanly, the strength loss of the fabric is small, steam is hardly used, the procedure issimplified greatly, and energy consumption is reduced.
