Abstract

The invention relates to a design method for a discrete simulation model of a permanent magnet motor. The method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining phase voltage, flux linkage and torque of thepermanent magnet motor and obtaining phase voltage va, vb and vc of three-phase windings of the motor; building an equivalent mathematical model of the motor by using the phase voltage va, vb and vc of the three-phase windings, building a physical model through the equivalent mathematical model of the motor and completing design of the discrete simulation model of the permanent magnet motor by combining an electric model, a mechanical model and a motor signal detection module of the permanent magnet motor. According to the design method, the electric model, the mechanical model and the like are combined by using the physical model, so that the designed motor is higher in modeling accurately, especially, the modelling speed of the motor is effectively improved, the modelling difficulty of acomplex object is lowered, the data volume in processing process is simplified and actual simulation application is easier. The correctness and effectiveness of the method provided by the invention are verified through a simulation experiment. According to the design method, the control characteristics of modeling and simulation of the permanent magnet motor are improved and met.
