Abstract

The invention relates to a high-frequency electromagnetic signal processing module for security assessment of an embedded chip, and belongs to the field of network space security. The method comprisesthe steps of firstly building a signal amplification circuit for performing a side channel electromagnetic attack on password equipment with a high-frequency electromagnetic signal chip; building a filter circuit for performing the side channel electromagnetic attack on the password equipment with the high-frequency electromagnetic signal chip; then using an electromagnetic collection probe, placing the probe on the surface of the chip that is working currently, and collecting an electromagnetic signal when the chip is working; accessing a probe signal into a designed high-frequency electromagnetic signal processing module; and at last, storing the electromagnetic signal processed by the high-frequency electromagnetic signal processing module, and cracking a secret key in a simple energyattack manner. According to the module provided by the invention, extraction of a feature signal in the side channel attack is facilitated; meanwhile, the position of a password algorithm can be intuitively analyzed, so as to help positioning of the embedded equipment and execution of an encryption region of the password algorithm, and provide advantages for the electromagnetic attack.
