The closed loop testing method includessteps that a master station anti-mistake system carries out an anti-mistake calibration on the basis of a preset testing case set, and sends a remote preset request to a preset simulation substation;the simulation substation responds a substation anti-mistake checking request sent by the master station and returns the checking result to the master station anti-mistake system through a preset power grid anti-mistake information collecting convention and interactive mode. Compared with the prior art, the method and the system can avoid many links from operation of regulators to correct responseof a substation device to the whole process through not interlinking with five-defense system of the actual substation system, thereby simplifying the structuring of the closed loop testing environment of the integrated anti-mistake system of the master station and the substation while also meeting the demand of function verification.
