Abstract

The invention provides cement-based self-leveling mortar and application thereof. The cement-based self-leveling mortar comprises, by weight, 200-350 parts of cement, 0-100 parts of active admixture,100-200 parts of filler, 400-550 parts of aggregate and 5-10 parts of functional auxiliary. All the raw material components of the cement-based self-leveling mortar are weighed and metered separatelyin proportion, then all the weighed raw material components are put into a mixer for stirring and dry mixing, and a mixture is obtained; water is added into the mixture to be uniformly stirred, and the product can be obtained for use. The added water accounts for 15-20% of the weight of the cement-based self-leveling mortar mixture in use. The main raw materials in the technical scheme are building material type general materials and are easy to obtain, low in cost and suitable for industrial production. The fluidity of the cement-based mortar is larger than 160 mm, the leveling effect is good, and the mortar is high in strength, has excellent wear resistance and crack resistance and is low in shrinkage cost, harmless to human bodies and free of radiation.
