The particle size of the dried wood powder is 10-60 meshes, the dried branch powder is 30-90meshes, the dried leaf powder is 50-120 meshes, the dried hay powder is 50-120 meshes, and the dechlorinating agent is prepared by: coordinating polyvinylpyrrolidone with CuCl2 and PdCl2, and then loading the product on silica gel functionalized with polyethylene glycol.
