Problems solved by technology

[0005] In order to solve the problem that current thermistor thermometers are mostly made by coating method and are not suitable for environmental measurement with small temperature changes, and at the same time, single-point measurement is often used to make measurement results inaccurate. On the one hand, the invention provides a flexible temperature sensor. An array sensor, including: a thermistor measuring point, a metal electrode lead and a flexible base layer, a plurality of mutually separated thermistor measuring points are arranged in an array on the upper surface of the flexible base layer, and each thermistor measuring point is The area formed by metal semiconductor material sputtering on the upper surface of the flexible substrate layer; the lower surface of each thermistor measurement point leads to multiple metal electrode leads

Embodiment Construction

[0023] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0024] At present, bendable and flexible thermistor thermometers are used, which can continuously measure the temperature of the human body for a long time and meet the needs of wearing. The single-point measurement method of general thermistor thermometers is easily affected by accidental factors, and the measurement results are inaccurate, which may affect the final diagnosis. It has a greater impact; and the thermistor thermometer is generally made by the coating method, which makes the thermistor sensing thermometer film thicker and uneven, making the thermistor thermometer less sensitive and not suitable for environmental measurements with small temperature changes ; ...

Abstract

The invention provides a flexible temperature array sensor and a monitoring system. Thermistor measurement points, metal electrode lead wires and a flexible basal layer are included. The plurality ofthermistor measurement points are arranged in an array mode on an upper surface of the flexible basal layer. Each thermistor measurement point is an area formed through sputtering a metal semiconductor material on the upper surface of the flexible basal layer. The plurality of metal electrode lead wires are led out from a lower surface of each thermistor measurement point. The upper surface of each thermistor measurement point is attached to a flexible encapsulation layer. In the invention, multi-point temperature measurement can be realized, sensitivity is high, the size is small, and manufacturing is simple; the sensor is wearable and is convenient for storing, carrying and transportation; and the sensor and the system are suitable for large scale production and manufacturing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of temperature detection, in particular to a flexible temperature array sensor and a monitoring system. Background technique [0002] Body temperature has long provided physicians with relevant physiological information about the patient and has thus received a lot of attention as one of the most important parameters in medical diagnosis. Especially for realizing the continuous monitoring of human body temperature, keeping track of the patient's temperature changes at any time has great medical significance for timely treatment and medication. In addition, temperature monitoring at home for children or long-term patients can detect changes in health status in a timely and effective manner, and preventive measures can be taken in advance. [0003] Commonly used body temperature measurement methods are mercury thermometers, thermistor thermometers and infrared thermometers. Mercury thermometers are mainly due to the r...
