Abstract

The invention discloses a pseudo code assistance based synchronization method for THz communication, and belongs to the field of communication signal processing. A sending end inserts a pseudo randomsequence carrier synchronizing pilot to a zero frequency position of a data baseband signal frequency spectrum, and inserts a pseudo random sequence bit synchronizing pilot into a first zero point f0of the data baseband signal frequency spectrum; and then such combined signal is input to a DAC (Digital To Analog Converter), and after an output analog signal is mixed with a THz carrier, an obtained signal is sent to a wireless channel by an antenna. A receiving end carries out primary mixing with the received signal by utilizing a local quadrature THz carrier, and extracts a carrier synchronizing pilot; by capturing and tracking the carrier synchronizing pilot, a data signal is assisted in implementing carrier synchronization; after carrier synchronization, an I-path signal after primary mixing and a carrier with a frequency of F0 are subjected to secondary quadrature mixing, and a bit synchronizing pilot is extracted; and by capturing and tracking the bit synchronizing pilot, the datasignal is assisted to implement bit synchronization. According to the invention, a signal processing operation amount and complexity of hardware circuit implementation can be reduced.
