Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an edible and medicinal fungus fermentation product containing rich stilbene compounds. The preparation method comprises the following steps: inoculating phellinus igniarius seed liquid into a solid culture medium added with an exogenous substance and culturing; after drying and crushing a cultured product, obtaining an exogenous substance solid fermentation culture substance, wherein the exogenous substance is selected from one or more than two of peanut, mulberry fruit, grape, radix polygoni multiflori and radix et rhizoma rhei; inoculating thephellinus igniarius seed liquid into a liquid fermentation culture medium added with the exogenous substance solid fermentation culture substance and culturing for a period of time; adding cold shockprotein and then continually culturing for a period of time; then stopping fermentation to obtain the edible and medicinal fungus fermentation product containing the rich stilbene compounds.
