Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of fluid control valves and relates to a valve suitable for adjustably cutting of steam in a high-temperature high-pressure steam working condition, in particular to a pilot operated serial adjusted stop valve. The pilot operated serial adjusted stop valve comprises an upper cover and a valve body, wherein the middle head of the valve body is in fastening connection to the upper cover, and a main valve element and a valve seat are arranged in the inner cavity of the valve body; a guide sleeve is arranged in the inner cavity of the middle head of thevalve body, and a guide ring and a supporting ring are arranged between the guide sleeve and the main valve element; a balancing hole is formed in the main valve element, the lower end of the main valve element is in hermetic contact with the valve seat, the main valve element is hermetically connected to a piloted operated valve element assembly through a thrust ring, and a reset spring and a spring seat are arranged between the main valve element and the pilot operated valve element assembly. The stop valve provided by the invention has the advantages of being excellent in sealing propertyand adjusting property, good in dynamic stability, hard to lock, good in erosion resistance, long in service life, low in noise and the like, and the valve can copy with adjusting and cutting off working conditions of steam at high temperatures (greater than or equal to 290 DEG C) with a high pressure difference (greater than or equal to 3MPa) effectively as a result of an excellent comprehensiveperformance.
